1. Place your attention at the center of your body and feel it. Now take your attention out in front of you until you reach the edge of your aura. Make an imaginary mark on it. Next move your attention back through your center and out the back to the back side edge of your auric field. Make a mark on it, and so forth until you have marked out the boundary of your energy field front, back, sides, bottom and top.
2. Return your attention to the center once again and do the unified chakra mediation, unifying and filling your field with Love.
3. Once your field is unified and filled with Love, call for the Cylinder of Grace to surround your field, in a 360 degree array, front to side to back to side to front. This cylinder of Grace will look like a wall of rain that is falling up!
4. Next, while you hold your attention on your whole field, call for the activation of the clearing pattern. This will cause the Cylinder to begin to shrink inwards towards your center, your body. This "rain" will dissolve any pattern of fear and doubt held in your energy field. It is a slow, methodical, yet thorough process, which takes maybe 15 minutes to complete.
5. When the cylinder reaches about 6 inches in diameter, the rain will switch and begin to fill the tube on the inside coming from the bottom up. It will rise up the tube like and elevator moving up the floors. This will continue until it passes out of your body and through your alpha chakra, taking the whole process up and out of your auric field.
