    This is Sanat Kumara speaking to all of you today. Wonderful things are happening to all of you, to all of the ones involved in Ascension. The key to spiritual evolution is love. Unconditional Love. Let us rejoice in the love and wisdom that comes to us every day. Inhale love, exhale love. Love is energy. Love is touching your hearts right now. It is the medicine. Let us unite in love. Let us ascend. Let us evolve. We are here to let you know that we are helping each one of you in the process of Ascension. You are not alone in the path. You are surrounded by the Angels, guided by Jesus-Sananda, the Ascended Masters, many beings from different worlds and levels of existence, by AllThatIs. We are all looking to you now, to let you know that we love you and send you everything that you need. Ask for it. We love you all. Feel our love as it showers down on you. Read this message again.
